Need help with 6212

I am having trouble getting my 6212 pump working. Quick background, I traded a skimmer for a Wavebox and am just now getting the system running. The pump was tested however upon arrival and it worked. It was then unplugged and not used for a few weeks. Now when I plug it in, I get nothing. I've tried different ac adapters as I have a few 6200 model pumps and that did nothing. I took the little box apart where the master/slave cable would plug in and made sure all of the wires were secured. They are. I took the grate off and took the impeller out and let it slide back in, didn't seem to be anything in the way. Aside from taking it apart, is there anything I can do? And I'm not against taking it apart if that's what it needs...I've just never taken one apart before. I've owned Tunze for years and never ever had an issue with any of them. This would be my first 'disassemble' and it worries me. I want to make sure I don't break anything and get it back together correctly...if this is what you suggest. And if it is, what am I looking for?

Is this an older style pump with the aluminum driver box? I would try running it without the controller attached as a first step in testing it.

No, it does not have the silver driver box. It has the little black driver box with the red light. I tried using it without the wavbox controller hooked up to it and got nothing. It just worked not that long ago...

That is the power supply, does the controller light up when it is all connected?
