Need help with a rewire.

I have a 2x175mh, 2x40 hamilton hood. the ballasts fell into a sump of saltwater, I am now replacing the ballasts with new ones bought from hailton. The problem is there are extra wires with the new ballast that are not on the old ballast. I don't know where all the wires go. Anybody help me with this questions?

Can you post some pics? Is there a schematic on the ballast? Often there's a wiring diagram on a sticker right on the side of the ballast.

Most ballast are going to offer multiple tapping situations from 120v to 660v. Most likely the wires are labeled if this is the case. are the colors black red orange blue and yellow? with a white and a green?

If you contact Hamilton they will email you the wiring diagram for your ballast. I previously sent them and email in the morning and they got back to me that afternoon. Great customer service and fast response!!
