Need HELP With APEX

I just came back from work and my apex has the following readings.

ORP
0

I called Neptune Systems but after 30 Mins of busy signals I was ablw to leave a message. I wonder if I have to go over the weekend without knowing what to do.

Did you try just unplugging it and let it reset?

I just unplug and reset it. and the numbers came back to normal. However, I am wondering if this is the way it suppose to be. Am I going to have the same freaky numbers and have to reset it?

I had the aqua controller Jr. for many many years and worked perfect.

All electronics can get messed up from time to time. Just think of how many times you have restarted a computer over the years. Apex is the same, just a small computer chip.

I have both the Apex and the Jr and both have needed to be started, but not on a regular basis.

You might also look at your firmware version and see if it needs to be updated.
