I was told to come here for help. I have an e1 Olympus camera and trying to take pictures of corals (Zoas mainly), I was told to get a macro lens but don't know which one to get. I would like to keep it at $110 if possible... ebay or amazon? Which lense
for that price look at e-bay used. probably Tamron or Sigma. older non auto focusing lenses are fine for macro. I use manual focus most of the time. you may have a hard time finding anything for Olympus for that price. maybe in the 300.00 range. you can also go with extension tubes or magnifying filters until you can afford a true macro.
it will be hard to find a true macro lens at that price for any camera.
extensions tubes might work for you and in that budget you can get the nicer ones that have the contacts so you can still use your autofocus if you want
