Need help with coral location

I'm not convinced that I have my corals placed in the best locations to encourage growth. Would anyone mind helping me understand if my placement(s) are anywhere near correct? I'm open to any suggestions!

It's a JBJ 30 with a Jebao RW-4 located on the right hand side shooting directly to the left hand side on setting 4 (constant).

Lighting is a dual T5 (one actinic and one blue).

I think you're fine here. LPS towards the bottom, SPS, light acclimate it, and put it towards the top, things that need the highest flow, keep closest to the powerhead. It can be as easy as you want to make it

Just adjust the belt... Sometimes it's fat, sometimes it's skinny, either or... As long as the lighting & parameters are a ok, it's just a matter of time... GL.
