Need help with dissolving reef!!

Hey everyone,

Recently my 90 gallon reef tank has started whithering away for no apparent reason. Here is a picture of my tank not to long ago before this started happening:

Not sure what is going on but all my hard corals are dying my zoos are whithering away and the mushrooms are falling off the rock surviving a couple days on the ground and then whithering away as well.

I have checked and double checked all my levels and the chiller is keeping the tank at the correct temperature. Nothing seems to be wrong with any of the equipment and the refugium still looks healthy. The fish aren't affected at all and neither are clams.

I have checked all the obvious but am running out of ideas. Water changes do seem to help for a few days with the mushrooms but then it starts again. I have NO hard coral left and my zoo and mushroom population is sadly soon to follow. This is a gradual process but continues to happen day after day.
Any ideas or help is appreciated.

Bulb age?
Faulty heater?

I'd do a massive water change. 50 gallons or so. If that doesn't solve it, I'd look to either a chemical issue or some sort of pest. May need to watch the tank at night with a red lense to see if there is anything eating your corals.

Just some thoughts.

how old is the tank? Do you feed the corals? Maybe try to start adding AAs if you dont already. It could be old tank syndrome.

I would check for stray voltage. You haven't added any brass fittings to your plumbing or anything right? I highly doubt its old tank syndrome.
