Need Help with Fish Treatment

I have a 500 gallon full reef display that has about 50 fish in it. It is very tall 48 inches tall. Most of the fish have recently developed a case of ich that has lasted about 2 weeks. The fish are still eating but the ich has not regressed much at all

Water parameters are perfect, I tried garlic, I installed an 80 Watt UV.

Will the fish pull through or is there some other treatment I should try.

It's not practical (perhaps impossible) to catch all 50 fish so your other option would be to move all of the corals, inverts and some of the live rock to a smaller tank. Once that's done, then you can start hyposalinity treatment.

If you can somehow catch all of the fish, you will need a hospital tank that is big enough for all 50 fish, which depending on the size of your fish, might be a 200-300g tank. You can then go directly for cupramine. Make sure you do not use any ammonia removers (Amquel), dechlorinators (Prime) and turn off the UV during treatment with cupramine.
