Need help with Goldflake Angelfish

I have a Goldflake Angelfish in a 55 gallon QT. The fish is eating great but the last 3 days I started seeing this lesions on the right side of it's body and it's getting bigger. Please help me identify if this is Lyphocytes infection or bacteria infection. I started dosing the tank with Seachem Paraguard the last 3 days but I am not seeing any improvement. The fish is swimming less and hiding more when I am around which it was not doing before this shows up.

Looks like a pretty nasty bacterial infection to me. I don't know what Seachem Paraguard does, but this fish needs broad spectrum antibiotic treatment in QT. Furan-2, Maracyn Plus, or whatever you can find...

Could be uronema, something similar happened to me a few weeks ago. Lucky its still in your QT.
