I purchased a small Naso about 4 weeks ago and had him in my 29 quarantine. for about 3 weeks. I have been religious about quarantining my fish for at least 6 weeks until this guy.
So, after 3 weeks in QT, for reasons which I can still not figure out, I moved him into my 220 DT. That was a lesson learned and will not happen again as I contemplate the potential of having to fallow my 220 now.
He showed no signs of stress other than what I think is the normal angry naso Dalmatian impression when he gets bothered. He jumps on purple seaweed like a pig and grazes GHA through the tank with the yellow and sailfin. He has shown no signs of scratching against rocks or any unusual behavior.
But, after a couple of days, I started to notice something on the latter part of his dorsal fin and now I'm starting to really get concerned. He has some lighter colored discoloration along hus flanks, but I don't know nasos well enough to know if it's normal. However, the blob on his fin I'm certain is not normal.
What am I looking at here? He's about 4" long for reference.

I have the QT set back up along with another 29 and a 20 in case I've screwed myself here and need to fallow the DT. The tanks are all small, but my biggest fish is 5" out of a total of 14 fish, so hopefully that's enough.
