Need help with ID .

Hitch hiker on some Live Rock I picked up wondered if anyone could help me identify him. This were as close as I could get with my camera and still have him in focus. If I could have figured out how to include more than 1 attachment I would have.

They are pretty gross too. I have two in my tank that can stretch out to 10" long. But when they retract into themselves, they're less than 1/4" long.

Are these the worms that telescope? (I'm guessing that is what Bifferwine means by retract into themselves.) It's like a turtleneck sweater and someone is pulling the neck into the body from the inside? I find that amazing.

Thanks for the help, when I first saw him the exposed section was about 2 inches long, then on another occasion, i could see about a 4 inch segment, which reminded be of a translucent sock, through which you could see a jumble of what i would guess was what he had consumed. Again thanks.
