hi i recently started a 10 gallon saltwater tank. i elected to start with 11 pounds of reef saver rock and 10 pounds of dry sand. i bought the saltwater and tested the salinity at petco(it was adequate) i have a sun sun jvp-110 wavemaker, a preset aqueon heater (50w) rated for 20 gallons, and an aqueon quiet flow 10 rated for 20 gallons, I'm now looking for lights that suit my 10 gallon, I currently have no corals or fish, only 5 hermits, in the future I hope to keep 2 clowns, a fire shrimp, and one more undecided fish, I am also gonna start putting in corals as soon as it's safe to do so, I wish to keep a variety of corals, anemones, torch, hammers, zoas, and one day a clam, that being said I need good lights for this project, I'm don't want to spend more then 150 because I will eventually move away from this 10 gallon, that's being said something that falls greatly below my budget is ideal, but I will consider all price ranges, any help is greatly appreciated

You want alot out of a ten gallon tank. Honestly, save yourself some future heartache and scrap the anemone, clam, and extra fish. If you want a pair of clowns, that's already pushing it. A light for $150 that will support clams and anemones is kind of a tight budget unless you can DIY an led rig.

I'd look into a 2 bulb t5 retro fit kit. On a ten gallon with a budget that's your best bet for soft corals, lps corals and even some sps.

^ +1 on scraping the clam and nem. I personally wouldn't even put a pair of clowns in that size tank. Use the tank for coral only. That will help you the understanding of water chemistry in check. If you need fish for that size tank I like firefish.
