Just pick up a brand new solenoid today, it doesn't come with the needle valve because the original owner give it to a friend. I use the JBJ needle valve but it doesn't work. One of the meter is at Zero, the one on the right as you looking at the solenoid. I don't know what is wrong with the darn thing. I used to have the JBJ for 10months but that thing die on me today because the needle valve doesn't release any air. Something may be stucking inside. So i replace it with another needle valve. The old JBJ with replacement needle valve work fine but the milwakee doesn't work even though it is brand new. Yes in did plug in the the power cord.

is it the solynoid or the needle valve that is bad? You said there is 0 pressure on the right hand gauge? I assume there is pressure on the left hand gauge correct? You can remove the needle valve to check if it is plugged. It can be removed from the solynoid part.

Hey Steve, if the gauge says 0 then you have nothing coming out of that regulator, you need to turn the center knob clockwise until it goes about 5-10psi on that gauge, I think there's nothing wrong with your needle valve though.

One thing that I have noticed on alot of the valve kit that are out there is that for some strange reason the person who installed the needle on the gauges from the factory did not know what to do becuase they put the valve on the wrong side of the holding pin. Here is what you need to check on:

1: where is the needle in relations to the holding pin(little silver pin sticking out.

2: If its on the lest of it, it need to be taken apart and returned to the right of it.

Here is how your valve should look like if the needle is where the red line is then its wrong and needs to be fixted.

I already fix the needle valve. I think something is build up inside, i already clear it out. but when i install the needle valve into the milwaukee it doesn't work. The left gauge working fine. I already put the needle valve back onto the JBJ and it work.

You need to turn the center screw between the 2 gauses to open up the appliable pressure you 're gonna use.
