Hi ive sent 2 emails and a fax and no response i guess i will try here ,the past 2 weeks my vortech has been makinng a grinding noise and stops sometimes i took it apart and cleaned it fully there is a lot of play in the driveshaft ,and the magnet is scratched and has a big blister now i am worried about rust ,also the back cover has round scratches on it ,put it back on the tank and tried to adjust it for over 1 1/2 hours and its still makes a lot of noise in the past it was so quiet i could keep it about 70% pwr some times to pull up detris and it was very quiet ,but now i have to keep it at 25% or it will drive me nuts and then it will shut down after a while ,i faxed my sales orders from premium aquatics to your fax # and a letter about my problem , i bought the pump on 4/3/07 and the wirless driver on 2/6/08 and i bought the battery backup from Absolutely Fish in clifton nj on about 12/07 i have over $575 in this pump and i did not get a year what i need is a new wet side is this under some type of warranty i love this pump and im am ready to buy 1 more but i need to know these type of things will be fixed i hope we could put this very small problem behind us my name is mark s i faxed my info on wed 3/26/08
