Hello everyone,
I purchased an Octopus hob skimmer in July of 08. The model is the Hob 300 f. Well i think i am having problems with one of the pumps. ITs making noise kinda like a humming/viberating sound. What should i do to get a new one under warranty? I purchased it from Custom Aquatics, Inc, but when i called them they said they dont have the replacment pumps and that its not their problem and I need to call the manafacture, Vue Technology llc. Coralvue.
Has anyone else had problems with the pumps and what did you do to get a new one? Im pretty sure i remember reading on here about people having problems with the resin pumps. Thanks everyone for the help, Joe
