Hey guys im setting up a 40 breeder and was looking for some recomendations on what kind of light . what power head how many times should the water be cycled in a hour what kind of skimmer and what store would be best to purchase this from and most coast effective. most corals will lps and zoas nothing to crazy fish would just be clowns yellow tang maybe a goby . let me know . oh and thank you in advance . :spin3:

All depends on what you have to spend...there are so many options to choose from
