Need help

one of my trigger fish died last night and my hose shoe carb might be on it's last leg before it past away. Any advise is helpful.

What are your parameters? Ammonia, nitrates, etc? What other fish? Have you added any thing new in the last week?

everything is good in the water parameters ph is at 8.1 and everything is good. I just added the trigger a few days ago.

is there anything is your tank that may have fought with the trigger? Maybe it was sick when you purchased it? I would do a water change and run some carbon to be on the safe side.

ok nothing in the fought with the trigger. I'm plan on doing a water change in a few days. Thanks for the help.
