Need Help

Want to remove three damsels from my tank but just can't catch them does anybody have any special way of catching them

What size tank and how much LR and corals? I would take out as much LR and try that. If that's not possible you can buy or build a trap but the damsels may be too crafty for that.

55gal 95lbs of LR just 1 Hammer Coral,1 toadstool,1 bulb and 1 carpet anemone

If you don't want to take apart the rock to take away the hiding spots you might try putting a very small amount of food in a corner with the pumps off and lure it out and scoop it up.

Just get a few clean glass bowls or old CD packages, dip some water into it, insert one coral/anemone apiece, cut the lights, cut the pump, get a stepstool and two nets and go after the critters. Have extra containers ready for them. You can try traps, bait, hooks, all sorts of things for days on end, but with so little coral, just go get them. It will take you all of half an hour to have them out and have your tank back in business.
