Need holder for 6055 nano

I called a few times over the past few weeks and either left a message or spoke with someone. When I did speak with some guy (not Roger) I was told someone would get back to me, still haven't received a return call. This is really getting upsetting the first time I dealt with Roger I got a call back the next day but now it seems Roger hasn't been around and the customer serves has gone down hill.

I have 2 6055 that the plastic holders broke on their own, I know there was a problem with them cause I did get one replacement a couple of months ago for another one I have. I need someone to get back to me ASAP.
 
Can I get a name and address? I have been here and still handle the service nothing has gone down hill. If you left Rodney your name and address we likely have already shipped your clamps and it is a done deal.
