lugols is good, but in the meantime I'd go grab a bottle of any iodine dip, like seachem or something just for now and dip that until you can get lugols.
also try Tropic Marin Pro Coral Cure.

Those are BAD. Zoa eatting. Fresh water dip will kill them fast. look for eggs on the side of any zoa or palys. You can scrap the eggs off.FW won't kill the eggs. Look for more at night since that when theyr'e come out to feed. they will eat the tentacle but most of the time won't kill the zoa. Not a big deal if you have lots of zoa or palys.
