Yes that is a Yuma. You can always tell the difference between a Florida and Yuma Rico.
The Yuma bumps grow in a straight line and the Florida will have a random pattern to them.

Yumas have tentacles on the oral disc and Florida rics have a smooth oral disc, bumps aren't always symmetric.
