Need ID on worm

I found this worm while I was taking my substrate out. Is he good or bad. If he is good I will put him back in my new tank.

Woody - can you get close-ups? At that distance all I can say is "it's a worm". We need details of the head & body to know what kind.

I dont think I can get a better close up. My camera isnt the greatest for close shots. I cant tell what end the head is on. There is no spines or anything else coming off of it. It almost looks like an earthworm. I can try and get some closer shots.
