Pictures #1 and #3 just look like your common mushrooms. (Discosoma) Pictures #2 and #4 might be a Kenya Tree coral.

Exactly what I was thinking. Put the rock(s) with the mushrooms separate from your main as they spread quickly, but if you have decent lights they will color up nicely and look pretty cool. I had brownish/purple ones that came on my live rock, after getting good lights when I started to seriously keep coral they turned a spectacular "nuclear" green with neon-ish stripes.

Kenya Trees are arguably a pest as they grow quickly and are hard to get rid of. Some people love them. Look up some full grown specimen and decide if you want to keep it... You'll have to "prune it" regularly if you keep it.
 
Here's a before Reefbreeder Photon lights and after comparison with my discosoma mushrooms... And yes, it's the same mushrooms. Yours look like they may turn into almost a "Superman Discosoma Mushroom" with the correct lighting (red mushroom with blue spots).
