Need ID plz

Just need an ID on this thing, not sure if im even in the right area (Im new here )

I know the picture quality isnt the greatest, but its still visible.

What is it? It is attached to the rocks and there are quite a few of them all hanging in the dark spots of the aquarium. I havnt witnessed them move, but it looks like some type of polyp or egg sack or something.
