I am going to install a Rubbermaid sump or similar plastic container for my 180g tank. I was looking for some feedback from people who use this sump style setup. I have a mag 36 which is very loud in my current glass tank sump and thought that the plastic sump would be a better noise insulator. I can even drill holes on the lid to make it fit snug, further insulating the noise from the mag 36. Please let me know what you all think. Also where do you but those big Rubbermaid bins from? homedepot?
