Need lighting for 40g 36"L tank

Looking for some lighting for my new tank. I am leaning towards getting a T-5 retro, but was wanting to see if anyone local had anything that would work. Thanks,

I have a 36" mh/t5 fixture for sale. It has (1) 150w 14K Aquamaxx, (2) T5 actinics, and led moonlights.
