Need Live Rock "cleaning" advice

I am getting a new tank (72"x18"x22") on Saturday for a frag/growout system and am going to use LR from my reef in the new sump, but I want to give it a good, not sure if cleaning is the right word, but anyway, what's the best way to give the LR a good short term "cleaning."

Get a good size container of SW and a powerhead and blow the crud out. may want to let the dust settle though as there will probably be lots of life (stars, etc) you may want to throw back in either of your tanks. Just a dunk and shake helps too.

search the reef chemistry forum for rock bleach and acid wash. its a long thread. it is a very effective way to clean rocks.

I alway using heavy brush to brushed off all dead stuff before place in the tank to cure them.
