need nano pump

Well my son decided to get started in this hobby after all. Setup a 20 high tank drilled with a one inch bulkhead to a 15 gallon sump/refugium. Need a pump that will work - considering the limits of the one inch bulkhead and the size of the tank. I think a 200-300 gallon flow with 3 feet of head pressure should work. Does anyone have a pump cheap that will fit the bill? or any suggestions on a new pump would be appreciated as well. I had a mag 3 that I thought would work - but it fails to fire unless I smack it - then it works good. NOT good enough for a main pump return.

Quiet One 1200...thats what i use in my tank..at 3feet it is 200gph
you can get it at Petsmart for 32bucks if you take in a copy of their online price of it

Maxijet 1200 or Aquaclear 70

I have used both of these on a 75g tank before.

Ebay has the maxijet 1200 for 16.20+7.90 S/H
