Need Rowa Phos instructions

I bought a used Two Little Fishes reactor and got a tub of Rowa Phos. I seem to remember some instructions in the jar, but darned if I can find them now. How much do I use of this stuff? I assume it goes between the spongie thingies; one on the bottom and one on the top. Do I need to rinse it first? Presume absolute ignorance and tell me everything I need to know, please.

IME Rowa is more effective at dropping PO4 levels than other GFO's (probably because it's particles are very small resulting in more surface area).
Never use more than the recommended dosage!
