Need skimmer advice for a tight space

I have a tight space that I would like to add a skimmer to and it seems like the Tunze 3130 might be just what I need. I have a 75 gal tank and a small space in the fuge for a skimmer. The skimmer space is 15.5 in tall x 8.6 in deep x 5.3 in wide. I posted a pic below...hopefully it will show up.

Anyhow, do you think a Tunze 3130 would fit into the space I have?

It would work provided the space between those pipe fittings is at least 5" and the flow would not be obstructed too much by the skimmer. My main fear and what I cannot anticipate is it might be possible for debris to collect between the skimmer and drain and back it up and cause a flood- it is less than ideal but technically it could work.

I think the debris would have to really substantial to cause any problems with drainage. Maybe a dead fish, if placed exactly correct, could cause some trouble?

So thanks for answering my question.

Any recommendations on where to buy it from?

Another question: Given that my space is only 15.5 in tall, which skimmer would you recommend I go with? The diagram on the Tunze web site seems to indicate that the water needs to be at an exact level.

I guess I am confused by this picture:

and these specs:

Dimensions: l.125 x w.113 x h. 418mm (l.4.9 x w.4.4 x h. 16.4 in.)
Built-in depth: abt. 260 to 300mm (10.2 to 11.8 in.)

What does "built-in depth" mean?

The built in depth is the water level requirement, in my experience with the Comline the ideal is about 10.5-11" I would keep it constant for best performance.
