Need some advice with this eBay listing

If it's not what it appears to be Ebay will cover you. All you need to do is open a dispute. They guarantee your satisfaction even if the seller does not accept returns. It's just a pain in the butt to go through, but it would be worth it if it turns out to be a good deal. But no, that does not look like a "normal" photo taken by a person rather a stock photo. However you could always contact the seller and ask.

Man thats a good deal but with no feedback (and a seller name of jail-lol) it might be a gamble. But like Crayola said ebay and paypal will cover you,

That's the two things that are giving me cold feet.

If it looks to good to be true....

I ordered a dive computer off ebay a year or so ago-$500. The seller was simular to this guy. It was marked as shipped and was delivered to an address in Ohio..I'm in Alabama. I tried mutiple times over about a week to contact the seller but got no response. I called PayPal and they refunded my money on the spot while I was on the phone with them si I know youd be covered if it turned out to be a sham.

I'm going to let it go I think. From hearing all the negative stuff from people about the RKE, I don't think I want to mess with it.

When asking for pics, see if the seller can put a piece of paper with their user name in the pic, that way you know it's their item and not some random picture from the 'net.
