Need some help identifying hitchhikers

Looking to identify some hitchhikers/growths in my new aquarium.

Some Tank info:
10g tank w/live rock and sand, Tetra pf10 backfilter, two marineland maxijet-400 pumps (used as powerheads on opposite ends of the tank) rated at 110gph each, and a fluval eco bright LED (24LEDs, 600 lumens, 7W).

I am about two weeks into my cycle, have already seen spikes and levels have fallen again.

I have a bunch of easily identifiable life (bristle worms, asterinas, feather dusters) but there are a few things that I just have no idea, and google is giving me nothing.

The first thing I need help identifying is a tiny red something. It looks too meaty to be a feather duster, so I figure "why not ask?". It is really small, I would say about the size of the largest jewelry screwdriver tip (does that make sense?).

The second thing I would like to have looked at are these little, white branching clusters. I have them in a few spots, always on rocks that came from the same tank, and always on an underhang. Algae? Fungus? Looking to you guys for answers.

I'm not looking to put anything in this tank for a while yet, just curious about what I already have in there. Any other advice is also greatly appreciated, as I am still new to the hobby. Thanks!

I believe what is in your first photo is some sort of aipstasia. I had something similar (brown) so I got some peppermint shrimp and they ate it
