I bought a use Percision Marine calcium reactor with a 10lb CO2 tank and electric solenoid and pressure valves. I also have a aquacontroller 2 so I can either monitor pH in the reactor or tank. The reactor does not have a place for the pH probe. Should I make some sort of probe holder or just moitor the tank and have it shut off the co2 when the tank ph drops? Also I have a maxijet 400, 600, 1200 and an aqualifter... Which would be best to feed the reactor.

I have GenX large grade media. I know arm is good but is genx good too?

I don't have a lot of sps in my tank yet but I'm tired of dosing.

Oh yeah, it doesnt have a bubble counter either. Are they needed and would i be able to make one out of an old DI chamber that came on my RO/di unit. Its one of those smaller horizontal clear chambers with 1/4" tubing connectors on each side.

You can monitor the affluent pH by affixing a cup in the sump to hold the probe. You will need a bubble counter. No reason to make one just buy one they are cheap.
