Need some help with Mold

I currently have my new 120 build in my garage with two fish and some coral i know if cold in the garage and the tank temp is 78. But i lifted the top today and i noticed i have black mold on some areas. I know this cant be a first but what do you folks do when you encounter this i know bleach is not a option.

Where exactly is the mold.... SHOCK Wave is the best thing for mold inside a home or living area... if its in the canopy i would scrub it off with diluted bleach water and a cloth then find a way to solve the humidity issue..

if its on the wall behind the tank shock will kill it without harming the tank i believe.
