Need some help with tanks

I bought a rimless 25 gallon aquarium to use as my DT for my current build but turns out its tempered on all sides so I can't drill it. I am set on drilling the tank. I do not want an overflow box. So now I need to find a new tank

I'd like to have a small cube shaped tank and was looking at the marineland 27 gallon cube. Does anyone know if I'd be able to drill the back side of the tank?

If not anyone have any suggestions for a small sized tank?

Ya all sides were tempered I've seen lots of builds and pictures of the 27 gallon cube drilled on the back so I'm hopeful
