Need some help!

The fuse popped on my Pacific Coast Chiller. It's a 10 amp / 250 volt fuse (5s). This is a non-stand glass fuse (fast blow) and is 5/8" x 1/2".

I've checked home depot, lowes, pep boys, autozone, radio shack, and other electronic stores and had no luck find this size, amp, voltage combination.

Without it my tank is sitting at 88 degrees. I have looked everywhere today and yesterday for this fuse and can not find it.
I have searched online and had no luck either.

Anyone know where I can get this for sure? I need it asap, my corals aren't looking too good and my sea horses don't look happy.

Thanks

Try Mar-Vac in Anaheim area State College/Orangthrop Ave.
Can't spell sorry.
Call information for the #.

If you can fan cool your tank till early next week, you could just order the fuse from pacific coast chillers. It fuses are under "replacement parts". Here's the link: http://pacificcoastchiller.com/

Thanks, I think I may end up going that route since this fuse is hard to find. I'll have to make sure I buy extra just in case.

Either of the electronic stores should have 10 amp fast blow fuses. I would use standard 10 amp until you get the proper ones.

I had the same chiller. I bought the fuse at Radio Shack. What you need to do is get the right one from Pacific Coast for FREE. I emailed them and they sent me like....10 of the fuses for free. I would certainly give you one, but I sold it to someone on RC a while ago.
