ok i moved my O. clown to a bigger tank on sat and also added another O clown at the same time. i've had the 1st clown for 8 months. but today (mon) my 1st clown looks like she has pop eye in both eyes (both eyes are swollen) and she is losine her slime coat and hiding. but she still is eating good. do you all think it could be pop eye

Eye problems are usually bacterial issues .. often associated with an injury (netting as an example) - sometimes they clear up on their own but when they don't the fish will need QT combined with some antibiotics. Maracyn 2 is readily available and often helpful with minor bacterial issues.

The addition of a new clown combined with slime coat issues raises the issue of brooklynella (aka clownfish disease). Brook often exhibits itself by the fish exuding excess mucus in order to shed the parasite. If the fish has brook then you should consider giving all the fish a formalin bath.
