I was about to start a 55 gal fish only with foamed rock background to go along with my reef tank. I would love to know how it went for you and any tricks or tips and things that helped along the way.
I haven't bought the epoxy yet but I am about to attach some rock to the eggcrate to begin the process.
Any photos you would like to share. I read the foaming DIY(all 20+pages I think) but would like to see others.
I haven't started my background yet. I need my diy rocks to cure first before I can attach them on the egg crate. I was thinking about just mixing up my diy cement and just spply it strigh to the egg crate. If urs is done first let me know how it goes.
