Sorry for my broken english btw lol

The problem you're going to have is the lack of time you can spend monitoring your values. Both hyposalinity and copper treatment require very EXACT values that need to be measured constantly in order to be effective and safe. In the case of hypo - you must maintain an EXACT SG of 1.009. An ATO will certainly accomplish this. However, all methods carry some stress to the fish so what would happen if a fish died and there was nobody there to remove it? Your ammonia would likely spike and could kill the other fish. Same thing with copper treatment. Also, the media filters should be changed daily as well, adding to the problem you're dealing with.
I'm assuming you have another tank with adequate lighting to transfer the corals to long term? If so then, yes, you can transfer the corals to that tank until the hyposalinity period is over. BUT, you would ALSO need to keep those corals and the rocks they are attached to in the new tank for a fallow period of at least 6 weeks (important link to the lifecycle and fallow period below). Putting the rock back in the tank after only 4 weeks would probably just reintroduce the parasite to your DT.
I've been in the hobby for 2 years and I'm just trying to contribute and help. I read posts from people on here whose knowledge amazes me. Just when I think i've got a good handle on a concept I get humbled by the posts of some on here. If I'm wrong about any of this may lightning strike me down and those who are REALLY experienced and knowledgeable on these subjects please E-slap me silly and give the OP the correct information - stat.

IMO - the ich on your fish is LESS of a risk than an unmonitored ich treatment. Wait till you have the time you need to keep a close eye on the process.

Great reads here to better explain my ramblings http://reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2389659

Thanks very helpful :) the option of time its hard m looking for another job already but can take one week or 6 months who knows... orr if somebody here in tampa/brandon have some time to help me out i can pay or give some fish in exchange for keep my fish in the qt :(

3 days every 3 weeks is not enough time to do anything. Chances are you'll nuke your tank trying to do this. May want to cut your losses and sell off some things before you lose everything. Even if you didn't have ich 3 days a month with no monitoring or anything in between is a recipe for disaster.

Yup I mentioned same thing in his post back in the end of April.

I don't know what ur tank budget is but google Drysdale aquariums. He has a tank maintenance service business. He might be able to set u up on a program.

Maxter where do u live?

You know, FAOIS has a fish hospital service and they are really cheap compared to what you want to do. Just drop off your fish to them. Give them some frags to pay for it. You need to keep your tank fallow for 6+ weeks.
