Ya know, I'm starting to think that 1250w of lights plus pumps is going to be too much for one 20a circuit... :( Can the basement panel handle another 20a curcuit?
 
Well, lets calculate a bit. A 20A circuit will handle a load of 2400W. But you dont want to put more than 80% load on the breaker. So thats 16A in which could handle 1920W. Running a second 20A wouldnt hurt as long as we dont put it on the same phase as the first one.
 
Lights 1250w
3 Darts (1 open 2 closed) 160w each 480w
Skimmer (2 sedra 9000's) ???w
Heaters?
Actinics?

I think I'm screwed...
 
LOL! Okay, another 20A it is. Your subpanel should handle it. What did we put in again? Was it a 40 or 50A sub?
 
Okay, petmeds requires you submit pet and clinic infomation so they can obtain a prescription... :( Any other ideas? Why is this stuff so hard to get hold of?

I talked to one of my suppliers (Thomas Laboratories) and they said that “Interceptor” is for heartworm preventative. The reason that you need a prescription is this, if your dog already has heartworms, the interceptor will kill it!!!! So even I need a prescription to get it from them. This stuff is no joke.
