A friend of mine found out that all of the bracing across is 220 gallon aquarium had broke. The glass braces were found broke in the water, resting on the rocks.
He said by the time he had arrived, the front glass of the tank was bowed approximately 1-1.5". He used some clamps normally used to frame houses to get it back in good health. No leaks currently, but obviously the tank can't stay this way.
What the best way to go about fixing this, or would it be easier to just purchase another tank? Leaking/breaking is a much bigger concern than buying a new tank.
