Need someone to trim and sell my ORA Birdnest

My ORA Birdnest that I purchased from ABC Reefs a year ago have ballooned from a two-branch frag to a fairly big ball, and it's taking up a little too much space in my 28 gallon. I have no experience in fragging corals. If someone wants to come over and frag my birdnest, I'm willing to sell you each frag at a reasonable price for you to resell or keep.

I also have some nuclear greens. Not sure how hard or easy is it to frag these as I don't know whether the rock its on can be easily removed
