need to catch a goby

I am trying to catch a goby and have read threads on useful traps but not sure what to use for bait because they sift sand... what would be best to lure them in.

i actually read that thread which is where I got the trap idea... but I couldnt find anything to put in the trap to lure in the goby... any ideas
