Need to drill hole in tank for overflow

Wondering if anyone knows of a place in the Des Moines area that will drill through glass aquariums? I'm almost certain from what I've read that the back and sides of my tank should be glass and the front and bottom is tempered. But I'll probably have to take it to a glass shop to verify? It is a 90(something) gallon bow All Glass aquarium.

I've called around a few places, but can't seem to find anyone who will do it"¦ I also have had a hard time locating a glass bit that can cut 1 ¾ or larger?

You can find the common hole saw sizes at www.glass-holes.com. Also, on www.iowareefs.com (same as www.greateriowareefsociety.org, just shorter URL), there's an forum posting about how to tell if your tank is tempered or not. It's a visual test that's done with a laptop screen and a digitial camera (or something like that...I forget the details), but it has to do with how tempered glass filters light differently than non tempered glass does. Hope this helps.
