Need to find led fixture like those at the frag swap..

Hey guys, I am needing to find out where those dim able led fixtures are sold. Can't remember the asian guys name , pretty cool guy. He said they were like 200-or 225.00. My best friend got a nano cube with the metal halide, but he can't keep temp in check . So I told him he will need a chiller or the nano replacement hood . But he's looking at 400 either way there. So I told him I will try to find the led fixtures they had at the frag swap. ASAP !!!
