Need to service my Tunze 6105

Hi Roger,
I am having problems with my Tunze 6105. What is your address so I can mail it in and have it checked out? The impeller does not spin when pointed at a downward angle. Shall I send the whole unite or just the impeller or ?

I would need the complete pump (no power supply or magnet holder). Are you sure the interface of the hole in the propeller magnet and the metal shaft it spins on are clean and free of calcium deposits? Include a note with return address and phone number.
