need vho setup

I was just curious if anyone or a combo of people have a complete or parts for a 36" vho setup?

I need:
Ballast
endcaps
bulbs(need atinic)

wanna add some blue to the tank zoos are losing color?

If anybody has these and will be attending the swap let me know
