need wiring help

I was too stupid to make notes when I took these apart and now need help putting them back together. The lights are 18" 36 watt 4 straight pin from a 24G JBJ nano. There are 2 white and 2 black wires. The ballasts (from the nano) have a black, white, blue, brown, and green wire.

Any help would be appreciated.
