Needing help with sick fish!!

I've been reading posts on this site for a couple years for advice and finally decided to make my own profile to get help with this problem. I have a golden heart trigger, yellow eye Kole, sailfin tang, and harlequin tusk in the tank shown in my sig. This tank has been up and running for about a year my water tests= pH 8.0, ammonia 0, nitrite 0, nitrates 5ppm, salinity 1.019, and temp is running 75. I intoduced some of the fish without a quarantine tank and had a problem with ich so I started running cuprimine in the display for about two months but I am now in the process of removing the copper. My fish have been flashing some worse than others but it has become terrible now, and acting lethargic at times. The fish appear healthy no spots at all or discoloration and I can't figure out what is bothering them; the trigger went off feed last night. I do weekly water changes 5 gallons at a time with RO water. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you treated with Prazipro for flukes and may be worms? Assuming your treatment with copper was successful, it could also be possible that it can be flukes?

Also because you had a FOWLR tank, rocks and sand do absorb copper and it needs to be tested and adjusted on a regular basis. What are the possibility that your copper level did not maintained where it should be during the treatment? (which means ich could still present in your tank and once you reduce your copper level, they are popping up again)

I haven't treated for flukes but it's sounding like a good suspect. Lost the trigger about half an hour ago and when examining him looks like he has a small red rash on his stomach barely visible until close inspection which I would guess means something interal. I've been looking at the other fish acting up and he too looks red around the anal fin so probably a type of worm?

Cut it open and take a look? I'm not sure if you find anything and I know it sounds crazy but I was a research biologist for a few years. Discovery and reasoning is a passion of mine.

I cut the fish open and could find nothing that resembled a worm anywhere and the gills looked good too unless it would be something microscopic.
