Needs time or something wrong?

Bought some new zoas last night and it seems half are closed up and half semi open. Took some night shots in the tank last night and a couple pics this morning. What do you think? I haven't done a dip, but I plan on buying some tomorrow. Is it sick or just still adjusting? Lfs said it had just come in so it was still acclimating to conditions.

looks fine to me. the spots look more like detritus than zoa pox, and the fact that they're open in less than 24h shows that they're in pretty good shape.

some of them are not looking too good, hopefully they'll be ok. Do you think I should dip them?

Dip, place in the bottom of the tank, flow should be good to strong but INDIRECT. then as time passes move them up gradually

I'm gettin dip when I get up tomorrow, hopefully everything will go okay, if not though, how would I go about fragging the good polyps off?

thanks for the link, it keeps telling me servers too busy at the moment so I'll have to read everything later

They looked better yesterday, more opened and looking a little healthier, although some look really bad. I'm warming up a bucket of fresh saltwater and I'm gonna give it a dip this morning with some revive. Hopefully everything will look healthier after that, idk

Look ok to me too... they look like they were in sub-par conditions and are sloughing off flesh (to recover). I wouldn't dip at this point.

I already did a dip. They look a lot better now, not too many grey heads, they're lookin lavender like my others(when closed) there's still a little patch that might not recover but I'm not too worried about it, I think it'll start spreadin nicely with time. I give it a month before the colors start illuminating brighter. I'll take a pic when I get home.
