Hi, I just installed an expansion box with an ORP probe, but getting negative readings. Is there a fix to this? The GHL probe was new, so I do not think it was a cleaning issue. Thanks.

make sure the probe is calibrated
Make sure rubber end stopper has been removed from the probe (yeas common error)
How old is the probe? newly purchased or stored?

Hi Thanks for the quick reply. The probe is around 3 months old. I made sure to calibrate the probe and removed the rubber stopper. I am getting anywhere from -350 to -400 in my orp readings.
